Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.
  • We operate from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our products are shipped pan-India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

  • Delhi-NCR & Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote / Out-of-Delivery Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Timelines may vary based on courier network, weather, or operational delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹49–₹79 standard shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹499.
  • Bulk/Heavy Orders: Shipping may vary based on weight and location.
  • Periodic free shipping offers may be announced on our website or social media.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pincodes on orders up to ₹1,999.
  • A COD fee of ₹49 applies per order.
  • Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details for successful delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup.
  • You can also contact our support team for help with tracking.

6. Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, address modifications are subject to courier service policies.

7. Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If an order is undeliverable due to wrong address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated after deducting two-way shipping charges.
  • COD orders returned to origin are not eligible for refund of COD fees.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If the product appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery along with clear product photos.
  • Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries including USA & Canada.
  • All orders are shipped via express couriers on a prepaid basis.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days (excluding customs clearance).
  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties or local taxes (if any) are borne by the recipient.

10. Holidays & Unforeseen Delays

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues may occur; we’ll notify you of any major disruptions.
