1. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product is opened or consumed.
- Returns are only accepted if:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product is expired or tampered with upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for faster resolution.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please share:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product & packaging
- A short description of the issue

5. Shipping & Return Charges
- If the error is on our part (wrong or damaged product), Nikori Foods will bear all shipping costs.
- In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
