Refund and Returns Policy

At Nikori Foods Pvt Ltd, we value our customers and take utmost care to deliver fresh, high-quality makhana and snack products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product is opened or consumed.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
    • The product is expired or tampered with upon delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
    • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for faster resolution.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the product & packaging
  • A short description of the issue

5. Shipping & Return Charges

  • If the error is on our part (wrong or damaged product), Nikori Foods will bear all shipping costs.
  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
